Travis Gaines
Administrative Head of School
After serving as UCA’s Director of Marketing, Mr. Gaines accepted the role of Administrative Head of School in 2024. He has many years of experience in safety education and enjoys EMS replicas, fishing, hunting, target shooting, playing the guitar, and collecting Stormtroopers. Mr. Gaines’ favorite bible verse is Psalm 37:23-24.
Michele Geib
Academic Head of School
In her nine years at UCA, she has served in many roles, including teaching 4th & 5th grades, Middle School ELA, coaching students in Executive Function skills, and serving as the Academic Program Director. She feels honored to serve as the Academic Head of School beginning this year. Mrs. Geib loves all facets of the educational process, and she particularly enjoys helping students fulfill their learning potential. She is a lifelong learner herself and continues to learn as much as she can about the educational field. She holds a Master's Degree in Education from Liberty University and a BS in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College. Her favorite bible verse is Ephesians 2:10, and her hobbies include reading and cooking.
